Barre
Barre @ EDDY incorporates elements of Pilates, ballet and dance to create a multi-level, adrenalin-fueled workout that strengthens and lengthens the body. No prior Pilates experience or dance training required. Just be ready to sweat and have fun!

Pilates
A contemporary style of Pilates mat class that promotes core strength and proprioceptive awareness. You can expect to leave your Pilates class feeling taller and with an awareness of muscles that you didn’t know you had.

MELT Method
MELT Method is a gentle self-care technique that enhances mobility, stability and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall well-being. It uses soft rollers but is not foam rolling. It is not stretching and it is not exercise. It is the ultimate in self-care to amplify flexibility, maintain agility and build energy.

We believe that everyBody was born to move and that there is no singular, ideal way to exercise. We know that variety in movement is key for a happier body and mind and that stress is necessary in small doses but harmful in chronic states. We understand that consistency is key to achieving your goals and that it is easier to stay consistent if you are enjoying the journey.
At EDDY, we offer you multiple ways to join us, whether you are looking for group fitness training, private training, sessions at your workplace or videos on demand. Our instructors are trained in some of the best programmes from around the world and look forward to welcoming you to our little pocket of Cuba St.



There is nothing else like EDDY. The classes are fun and satisfying. The smaller group size enables personal attention on correct technique. Cat and her team have helped me advance to achieve things I wouldn’t have thought possible before, which has been exhilarating at times. I am stronger and more flexible than I’ve ever been and it’s been hugely rewarding, as well as great for managing stress.

Barre at EDDY combines aspects of dance and fitness incorporating safe and comfortable movement which you can take at your own pace, depending on where you are at. I did barre pre pregnancy, during pregnancy (up to 37 weeks) and then returning postnatal. Emma and Frankie were incredibly supportive and helpful with plenty of modifications and really lifted my spirits on days when I just didn’t feel like moving!
